The front desk staff were super understanding when my travel plans got delayed, and the breakfast spread was just perfect with fresh fruit and warm egg and sausage. I really enjoyed relaxing by the indoor heated pool and the cozy seating areas around the lobby. A slight bummer was the faint smell of smoke lingering in the hallways, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! 😊

Just a strong match for a hurried visit in Alton with reasonable value. The staff were friendly, especially the cleaning lady who was very nice. Bring extra paper towels for the floor in your room.

We checked out the local zoo and went for a river cruise. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was tasty. The new flooring is nice, and the shower was spacious. Great location near attractions!

I noticed the floor was pretty dirty. I spilled some water and was disappointed that it wasn't cleaned well.

The bed was comfy, and the king room had a microwave, refrigerator, and cable channels. The shower was great too. Loved the indoor swimming pool. it was heated and perfect for swimming anytime. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast had a variety of options like hot eggs and freshly baked cookies.
